6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders may be canceled if the provided information is inaccurate or if payment fails to process successfully.

Products and services are subject to availability and may be discontinued without prior notice. We cannot guarantee the availability of all items listed on the Site.

8. Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices exclude shipping fees, taxes, or other charges unless explicitly stated.

9. Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which you are encouraged to review for detailed information.

10. Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: Payment must be completed using the approved methods available on the Site.
• Failed Payments: Orders with failed or incomplete payments will not be processed.

11. Refund, Warranties and Return Policy

• General Stock Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are in their original condition and packaging.
• Warranties: We do offer Warranties on most products. Please contact us for Warranty details.
• Non-Refundable Stock: Items not meeting the return conditions (e.g., damaged, past 14 days) or returned for reasons unrelated to product defects are non-refundable.
• Inspection Process: All returned items will be inspected within 5 business days, and if no fault is found, no credit or refund will be issued.
• Non-Refundable Items: Items returned without prior authorization or in damaged condition due to misuse will not be refunded. Custom or final sale items are non-refundable.

12. Shipping and shipping Returns

We offer deliveries from 1-3 business days, depending on supplier stock availability per region.
No deliveries on Weekends or Public Holidays. Including Order processing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of product faults or errors on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

The Site may include links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience, and TECHNAZ (PTY) LTD does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TECHNAZ (PTY) LTD, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cape Town, Western Cape.

18. Force Majeure
TECHNAZ (PTY) LTD is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or service interruptions.

19. Affiliate Program

Thank you for your interest in the TECHNAZ Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

19.1. Program Duration

• Affiliate registrations are open until 30 July 2025.

• No new affiliate applications will be accepted after this date.

• Approved affiliates will remain active and eligible to earn commissions until 31 December 2025.

19.2. Eligibility & Registration

• Only South African residents aged 18 or older are eligible to participate.

• If you are below the age of 18, you agree that you obtained legal guardian permission and have permission to use a Bank Account.

• All registrations are subject to approval by TECHNAZ. We reserve the right to reject or remove affiliates at our sole discretion.

19.3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn commissions based on successful orders placed through their unique referral links.

• The commission rate is determined at the time of approval and may be adjusted with prior notice.

• Commissions will not be paid on orders that are cancelled, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent.

19.4. Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid monthly, on or around the 25th of each month.

• All payouts are made via Direct Bank Transfer only.
  PayPal is not supported.

• Affiliates must ensure accurate banking details are saved in their affiliate dashboard.

• A minimum payout threshold may apply. Balances below this threshold will carry over to the following month.

19.5. Referral Tracking

• Referrals are tracked using URLs containing a ?ref= parameter.

• Referral cookies are valid for 30 days. If a user purchases within this window using the same browser/device, the affiliate will receive credit.

• TECHNAZ is not responsible for failed tracking due to browser settings, private/incognito browsing, ad blockers, or other third-party interference.

19.6. Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates must NOT:

• Misrepresent TECHNAZ or its products

• Use spam, bots, or unsolicited messaging to distribute referral links

• Engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical promotional tactics

• Use misleading URLs, unauthorized coupon codes, or impersonate TECHNAZ or any of its staff

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

19.7. Affiliate Link Usage

• Referral links may be shared via personal websites, social media, blogs, or direct messaging, provided the promotion is ethical and complies with platform policies.

• Affiliates may not run paid ads (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) using TECHNAZ brand keywords or impersonate TECHNAZ in any ad copy or URL.

• Misuse of branding or misleading representation may lead to account suspension.

19.8. Payout Threshold

• A minimum of R50 in earned commissions is required for a payout to be processed.

• If this threshold is not reached in a given month, the balance will roll over to the next cycle.

19.9. Account Inactivity

• If an affiliate account remains inactive for 90 consecutive days (no referrals or traffic), TECHNAZ reserves the right to deactivate the account without notice.

19.10. Intellectual Property

• Affiliates may only use approved TECHNAZ logos, product images, and marketing materials provided by TECHNAZ.

• Any unauthorized use, alteration, or reproduction of TECHNAZ branding or copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.

19.11. Modification & Termination

• TECHNAZ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time, with or without notice.

• Valid commissions earned before termination will be paid out according to the regular schedule.
